VOICE OVER FILM FESTIVAL
There were many film festival projects at CCA. Here, Oona made up her own: The Voice Over Film Festival. She chose a few films with great voice-overs, and then threaded the first few lines through the type.

Salt water is a book about Oona's Aunt Elaine, Cape Cod, Oona's mother, multiple sclerosis (a disease which is still a mystery) and Dark Energy, a mysterious force which rapidly pulls the universe apart.

The pacing of this book is based on a song: intro, verse, chorus, verse, break, chorus, verse, out. The process Oona used on the letterpress involved lots of tape to achieve the desired texture.

DILIGENCE POSTER
Diligence is a virtue. Also, for someone who cares about gemrs in an obsessive way, Oona found herself relating diligence to cleanliness. The scrubbed texture is created with layers of tiny type.

HAPPINESS PROJECT
Dubious mainstream advertising's hype, Oona set out to create a piece about her own happiness and not that fabricated by material goods. She decided to make her own version of a commercial. She created a perameter: whenever she felt happy, she turned on her video camera. It was a day-long project which had a curious result: possibly a form of the Observer Effect, the process of thinnking "Am I happy right now?" caused her to be well, extremely happy; even more than usual. She was boyed up by the process and deemed a it highly sucessful project.

OONA'S CCA SCHOOL PORTFOLIO
In her final semester at CCA, Oona designed a portfolio of her projects based on the theme of "Undesigned Territory."
